Abstract:Object:To study the effect of the pH of artifical saliva on potential of the dental surface,reveal the relationships of the two,lay a theory foundation for the study of the relationship between potenital of dental surface and pH of artifical saliva.Mathod:This research measured the potential of the dental crown opposite the dental root middle point as the reference point by electrochemical method.The intact,caries free and fresh extracted human teeth were used.Results:The potential of the dental crown to the middle point of dental root was negative.The potential gradually reduced when the pH value of artificial saliva decreased.The difference was remarkable in statistics with OneWay ANOVA.Conclusion:The potential of the dental crown to the middle point of dental root gradually reduced when the pH value of artificial saliva decreased.So adsorption of the cariogenic bacterium on the dental surface increased,incidence of the caries also possibly increasd.


1.1 主要实验仪器及试剂 本实验所用实验仪器包括:SPM-10型pH计,221型pH电极,TG328B电光分析天平,222型甘汞电极一对及高内阻电压表(DT890/890A)等,所用试剂则包括乳酸、氯化钙、磷酸氢二钠、碳酸氢钠、氢氧化钠、羟乙基纤维素及饱和KCL等。
2 实验方法
选择完整无龋,新鲜拔除的牙齿(包括前后牙)50颗,患者年龄为13~50岁,男女不限,经肥皂水洗刷,超声洗涤十分钟,完全去除牙齿表面的软垢、牙石等,洗刷时动作要轻,注意勿损伤牙釉质及牙骨质表面,用大量去离子水加压冲洗半小时。然后将50颗牙齿随机平均分成A、B两组,A组储存于蒸馏水中备用,牙齿根管不作处理,B组从根尖处拔髓并扩
