　　The development of the socialist market economy system in China, requires us to reform and improve the social welfare system, which puts forward higher requirements on community service.

　　With the transformation of government functions, the original swept by the government a lot of social service work, there are quite a few have been transferred to social groups and non-governmental organizations.

　　This shift has come up with a topic to us, how the government and social groups close cooperation, promoting community services.

　　We hold the purpose of this seminar is to summarize and exchange experience over the years, community work in the future development strategy and action plan.
