Abstract
The salary allotment system is related to employees' benefits closely. On the premise that the social benefit is insisted,we should establish the inspirit mechanism effectively.To actualize the continuable development is a big task for the hospitals. And to put EVA into practice, it is necessary to establish a whole system of the EVA salary allotment with the support of the organization and the thought. The organization needs to be reformed, at the same time the position must be appraised and competed. From that,we get the benefits from controlling the cost,exerting the positivity of the employees,and maximizing the hospital's value.
