【摘要】 目的 评价冷热循环对纳米填料树脂FiltekTM Supreme (FS)剪切强度的影响,为临床选择树脂材料提供参考依据。方法 选用3M公司产F2000 Compomer (FT) 、FiltekTM Z250(ZT) 和FiltekTM Supreme (FS),采用该公司同种粘接剂(Adper Prompt)与人类离体第三磨牙近中面牙本质粘接,试件(每组10个,共6组)在37℃生理盐水中24h经2000次冷热循环(5℃和55℃)后,以1mm/min的速度做剪切强度测试并比较冷热循环前后的剪切强度。结果 冷热循环前三种材料剪切粘接强度差异无显著性(P>0.05),冷热循环后三种材料剪切强度大小差异有显著性(P< 0.05),冷热循环测试前后,FS与其他各组的剪切强度差异有显著性,FT和ZT组分别与其他各组剪切强度差异无显著性。结论 冷热循环对FiltekTM Supreme的剪切强度有显著影响。
The influence of thermal cycling on shear bond strength of the nanofill composite

After thermal cycling, the bond strengths of FT、ZT 和FS respectively was FT: 13.52MPa±4.59MPa,ZT: 15.32MPa±6.17MPa and FS: 7.88MPa±1.47MPa.The bond strength of nanofill composite significantly reduced after thermal cycling was performed, as compared with the other two groups (P< 0.05). And significant differences were found in FS between prior to thermocycling and after thermocycling. Conclusion Thermal cycling had obvious negative effect on the bond strength of FS.
