In the modern society, people's material life is much more affluent whereas their psychological stress is more severe. Confronted with increasingly fierce competition from all aspects, such as entrance for a higher school, mate selection, job hunting, promotion and earning, etc., more and more people are in the state of psychological sub-health. As is indicated in the above picture, a number of psychological problems, like anxiety, perturbation, boredom, helplessness and so on, overwhelm many people, simply pushing them to the edge of the cliff.
There are a lot of factors causing psychological sub-health, such as mental unbalance, interpersonal tension, the lack of external communication and stimulation, irregular life, nutritional insufficiency, inadequate physical exercise and the like. Pessimism and perfunctoriness are always ways of people who are in the state of sub-health. The sub-health seriously impedes people's daily life, even worse, it brings about the tragedy of suicide.
Fortunately, it has gained great concern of the whole society and people are going out of their way to tackle this problem. Above all, we should keep optimistic, independent and confident.
