Whenever I get hungry between meals in the afternoon, a bowl of instant noodles will keep me going till dinner time. People say, however, that eating instant noodles is bad for your health.

They say that that is because of the preservatives in them. I've also heard that you can become bald from eating a lot of instant noodles.

I wonder if any of this is true. After all, I've been eating instant noodles throughout my high school years and I'm still as hairy and strong as an ox.
