　　In your new position,you will report directly to Mr.Browning,Project Manager,and be responsible for the supervision of the production line in the manufacture department.

　　Your 20 years of loyal service in the Design Department have been greatly appreciated by the manager,and been conducive to the promotion.Although you are moved from the department with which you are so familiar,it is believed that you will soon adjust yourself to the new environment.Your good performance in the past serves as the only reason why we need you to play a more important role in the production line.
