如何治疗尿频

　　Overactive bladder occurs when the bladder muscles contract while urine is collecting, rather than when the bladder is full and needs to be emptied. This often causes a sudden, frequent and urgent feeling of needing to urinate throughout the day and night.

　　尿频是由于尿液在汇集过程中膀胱肌肉收缩。正常情况下，膀胱是在膀胱内尿液集满需要排尿时才产生肌肉收缩。尿频通常使人产生突然内急的感觉，需要马上排尿，无论白天还是夜里都会发生这种情况。

　　Some people are genetically predisposed to symptoms of overactive bladder, the American Urology Association says. The condition can also be caused by taking certain medications or as symptoms of conditions such as Parkinson's disease, stroke or multiple sclerosis.

　　美国秘尿协会表示有些人天生就易患尿频。这种病也可能是由于服用了某种药物而引起的，或者是帕金森症、中风或多发性硬化症表现出来的症状。

　　Since other conditions such as bladder cancer and urinary tract infection have similar symptoms of urgent and frequent urination, it's important to have a doctor diagnose your condition promptly.

　　鉴于膀胱癌和尿道感染也有相似的紧急的频发排尿症状，所以有这些症状的患者需要尽快到医院进行诊疗。

　　The physician may prescribe a drug to prevent the bladder muscles from contracting unless the bladder is full. A person with overactive bladder also can modify certain behaviors, including timing and regulating fluid intake, reducing caffeine and alcohol, losing weight and quitting smoking.

　　医生会给患者开一些防止膀胱肌肉在膀胱内尿液未满时产生收缩的药物。尿频的患者也需要改变一些特殊的生活习惯，包括定时的有规律的饮水、少喝咖啡和酒精饮料、减肥以及戒烟等。
