Fu Ziying Attending the Sino-Spain Forum in Shanghai

　On March 21, Fu Ziying, Assistant Minister of Commerce of PRC, attended the 3rd meeting of Sino-Spain Forum in Shanghai and gave a speech as the chairman of China of the Economic Committee with a title of "taking part in mutually beneficial cooperation and win-win, promoting scientific and sustainable development" at the Plenary Meeting of the Economic Committee and the 2nd Summit for Chinese and Spanish Entrepreneurs.
