摘要:目的 探讨2型糖尿病与骨质疏松症的相关因素及发生机制。 方法 2型糖尿病患者43例和正常对照43例,采用单光子吸收法测定尺、桡骨骨密度(BMD),以酶联免疫法分别测定空腹血清骨钙素(BGP)及晨尿中脱氧吡啶啉(DPD)值。 结果 2型糖尿病组的BMD低于正常对照组,BGP和DPD高于正常对照组。两组比较差异有非常显著性(P< 0.01)。 结论 2型糖尿病患者骨形成减少,骨吸收增加,骨质疏松症发生率高。及早对糖尿病性骨质疏松进行防治有重要意义。

Observation on the bone density and bone metabolism of43patients with type2diabetes mellitus.
Abstract:Objective To discuss the factors associated with osteoporosis in patients with type2diabetes mellitus and pathogene-sis. Methods 43patients with type2diabetes mellitus including23males and20females and healthy control inclduing21males and22females were selected.Single photon absorption was ued to determine the bone mineral density(BMD)of the elbow bone and radial bone.ELISA was used to determine serum osteocalcin(BGP),urine deoxypyridinoline(DPD). Results The BMD of type2diabetes mellitus patients are lower than normal control group,The BGP and DPD in the diabetes group were significantly higher than the normal controls(P< 0.01). Conclusion Bone formation in type2diabetes mellitus patients is decreased and bone absorp-tion is increased.The incidence of osteoporosis in type2diabetes mellitus patients is high.It is of great significance to prevent and cure the osteoporosis in patients with type2diabetes mellitus early.

糖尿病在我国呈现流行的趋势,其心、脑、肾、眼以及皮肤、神经、生殖等并发症已被普遍认识,而糖尿病并发骨质疏松症近年来始被医学界认识。由于骨质疏松症易致骨折,致残性高,使糖尿病患者的治疗和康复更为困难,严重影响患者的生活质量,并加重患者的经济负担,不仅是医疗问题,也是一个严重的社会问题,开始已受到国内外学者的重视。因此,我们对43例2型糖尿病患者进行骨密度及骨代谢指标的测定,以探讨2型糖尿病性骨质疏松的相关因素及发生机制,以期及早对糖尿病性骨质疏松进行防治。现报告如下。
