医药学论文：血尿酸与胰岛素抵抗的相关性分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨血尿酸与胰岛素抵抗的相关性。方法 测定162例体检人员的甘油三酯、空腹血糖、血尿酸、空腹胰岛素，加以对照分析。结果 空腹胰岛素升高组37例，其中空腹血糖升高10例，甘油三酯升高15例，血尿酸升高10例，百分比分别是27.02%、40.54%、27.02%。空腹胰岛素正常组125例，其中空腹血糖升高15例，甘油三酯升高31例，血尿酸升高16例，百分比分别是12%、24.8%、12.8%。经χ2检验，空腹血糖及血尿酸在两组间差异有显著性(P＜0.05)，而甘油三酯在两组间差异无显著性（P>0.05）。结论 血尿酸与胰岛素抵抗相关。

Relative analysis about serum uric acid and plasma insulin resistance

 

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate relation of fasting uric acid and insulin resistance.Methods To determinate the value of TG,glucose,insulin and uric acid in 162 men, and compared.Results The routine insulin ascended was 37 men, the glucose ascended was 10 men,the TG ascended was 15 men,the uric acid ascended was 10men,the percentages were 27.02% and 40.54% and 27.02% respectively.The normal insulin was 125 men, the glucose ascended was 15 men,the TG ascended was 31 men,the uric acid ascended waw 16 men, the percentages were 12% and 24.8% and 12.8% respectively.The difference of glucose and uric acid in two groups difference was signficant (P＜0.05),the differene of TG in two groups difference was no signficant(P>0.05).Conclusion There was relation with uric acid and insulin resistance.

胰岛素抵抗指的是正常剂量的胰岛素产生低于正常生物学效应的一种状态，我们可以将胰岛素抵抗理解为胰岛素"贬值"，也就是说胰岛素的生理功能在下降，不能发挥应有的作用。而高胰岛素血症是胰岛素抵抗的一个主要标志，所以通过测定空腹胰岛素值，可以分析各项与之相关的指标。美国糖尿病控制与并发症试验（DCTT）和英国糖尿病前瞻性研究（UKPDS）表明，胰岛素抵抗不但是糖尿病重要发病机制，而且与多种代谢疾病有关，包括中心性肥胖、糖代谢异常、2型糖尿病、脂代谢紊乱（高甘油三酯血症/或HDL-C降低）、高血压、微量白蛋白尿等，这些疾病也统称为胰岛素抵抗综合征，但是胰岛素抵抗与血尿酸的相关性很少有报道，故由此引发了本项研究分析，以进一步明确胰岛素抵抗的相关性指标，尽早干预胰岛素抵抗，控制疾病的发展。
