论文写作指导：招领启事类英语写作指导

 招领启事，属于应用文体裁，是拾到物品的个人或集体，用书面形式请失主前来认领时使用的一种应用文。招领启事以Found作为标题放在启事正上方。正文通常包括以下几部分：
　　（1） 拾到物品的时间、地点、及当时的情形；
　　（2） 描述拾到物品的特征或拾到的物品中具体有什么；
　　（3）表明要为丢失物品寻找主人的意图；
　　（4） 提供详细且准确的联系方式或联系地址；
　　（5） 给出该启事的有效期限。
　　招领启事，除了拾到者自己亲自执笔写外，还有可能是拾到者把拾到的物品交到有关单位，由接收的有关单位代写。
　　启事的正文部分要求语言简明扼要、句式正确、对物品的描述要清晰到位、衔接自然，以便有效地将信息传达给读者。启事的最后请不要忘记署名。

　　1. 介绍拾到物品的时间、地点、及当时的情形的套语。

　　2. 描述拾到物品的特征或所拾到物品中具体有什么的套语。

　　3. 表明要寻找主人的意图及提供联系方式的套语。

　　4. 提醒失主该启事的有效期的套语。

　　(2)We would like to remind you that you have to undertake the responsibility after 15 days.

　　假如你是高三（5）班的张平，2010年5月19日下午大约五点,你在足球场跑步时，捡到了一个书包。现请你根据下面表格中的内容写一则失物招领启事。

　　句子结构准确，信息内容完整，篇章结构连贯。

　　1.审题。
　　从题目要求我们可以知道，这属于一篇拾到者自己亲自执笔写的招领启事，所以考生需要用第一人称写这篇启事。
　　2. 重组信息。
　　该招领启事的正文可以包括以下几个要点：
　　(1)介绍拾到物品的时间、地点，以及当时的情形：我于2010年5月19日下午大约五点在足球场跑步时，捡到了一个用帆布做的书包；
　　(2)描述拾到的物品的特征或拾到的物品中具体有什么：这个书包是用帆布做的；这个书包里有一本朗文当代高级英语辞典、一把雨伞和一串钥匙；
　　(3)表明要为丢失物品寻找主人的意图及提供详细且准确的联系方式或联系地址(此要点可用两句话来表达)；
　　(4)提醒失主该启事的有效期。
　　3. 检查修改。
　　基础写作要求用词准确。作文写完后应认真检查文章中是否存在拼写、语法、逻辑等错误。检查内容是否齐全，是否用了五句话来写这则招领启事。该启事的标题是否写了，且有没有将标题放在启事上方正中。启事的最后是否署了名。
