To begin with,the quote tells us to be a honest person.If we do that,we will reduce our heart burdens.We don’t have to remember anything carefully.Because we have a clear conscience.In orther words,if somebody tell lies,he must remember what he said clearly.In order not to truth out.From then on,he have a guilty conscience all the time.And he will not happy in daily life. 
When I look at the quote，I feel empathy.In our life,We almost face truth and lie everyday.Everyone may tell lies in some reasons.But it is difficulty remembering all things you have lied.It is a hard process.I think a lot by the quote.It is a little humous and signality.It appeal to me deeply.When I was in high school,the rules are very strict.Reading a magezine was denied.Once I read the magazine at the last destk（my classmate’s）on the sly,but when I leave ,I forgot to take it.The teacher came in ,she saw the magazine and confiscated it.Then he criticised the host of the desk.I feel not well,but I don’t tell our teacher the truth.My heart sruggled.That day like an endless day.After class,I went to the office,admite my error to the teacher.At that moment,I became clear and say sorry to my calssmate.Though I was criticised,I was happy.What’s more, no matter what lies we say,we can’t keep ease.We fear to face the truth.We will keep nervous for a long time,we can’t relax ourself.In particularly,someone tell lies because of selflish,vanity and more.They must remember all.If not,the truth will come up.They will be punished and get little friendship.
For everyone,young or old,rich or poor,great or ordinary.Honesty is a foundation in our life.Nobody like making friends with a person who usually tell lies. In our childhood,our mothers told us not to tell lies.If we tell lies,we would not a good kid.We grow up with the story —《cry wolf》in that time.All of us know that we shouldn’t tell lies.Now , let’s develop the honesty.Tell the truth forever.To be a clear person.And we will be happy forever.
