因为我们知道，多元化的传统是我们强点，而不是弱点。我们是一个由基督教和穆斯林、犹太教和印度教以及无信仰者组成的国家，我们是由来自地球每个角落的各种语言和文化组成的；因为我们承受过内战和种族隔离的痛苦洗礼，走出黑暗的历程，我们更加坚强，更加团结。我们不得不相信，以前的仇恨总有一天会过去，派别分歧迟早会消失。随着世界在变小，我们共有的人道主义精神一定会展示出来，美国一定要率先走进新的和平纪元。

针对穆斯林世界，我们要在相互有利和相互尊重的基础上，寻找新的推动方式；针对那些企图制造冲突，或者把自己的社会问题推卸给西方的各国领导人，要知道，你们的人民会用你的建设成就，而不是摧毁能力来评判你；针对那些通过腐败、欺骗和镇压异议人士来维持权力的人，要知道你们是在错误的历史一边；不过只要你们愿意放开拳头，我们愿意向你们伸出手。

针对那些贫穷国家，我们保证和你们一起工作，让你们的土地肥沃，让清水长流；我们会滋养饥饿的身躯，灌输饥渴的头脑。针对那些和我们一样相对富足的国家，我们要说，对我们境外的痛苦，我们再不能无动于衷了，在消耗世界资源的同时，我们不能不考虑后果。因为世界已经改变了，我们也一定要随之改变。

当我们思考未来的道路，我们要带着谦卑的感恩之心，牢牢记住那些勇敢的美国人，他们现在正在遥远的沙漠和山脉执行巡逻任务。他们今天有话要告诉我们，就像安葬在阿灵顿那些逝去的英雄一直对我们低语一样。我们向他们致敬，不只是因为他们捍卫我们的自由，他们更落实了服务的精神，他们愿意寻找比自己意义更重大的事情。在这个时刻，这个将定义整个时代的时刻，正是这样的精神，必须长存在我们心中。

不论政府能够或者需要做什么，这个国家最终仰赖的还是美国人民的信仰和决心。在堤坝决堤的时候，接纳一个陌生人所展现的仁慈；因为不愿意看到朋友失业，而宁愿减少自己的工时所展现的无私，这些美德帮助我们度过最黑暗的时间。消防队员冲进满是浓烟的楼梯间所展现的勇气；父母教养孩子展现的自发

性，这些最终决定了我们的命运。

我们的挑战或许是全新的。我们解决的方式也可能是全新的。但是我们的成功所仰赖的价值观却是恒古不变的，这些价值观是辛勤工作、诚实、勇气、公平、宽容和好奇。这些是真实的。在历史上，这些是推动我们前进的宁静力量。现在需要的是回归这些真理。我们现在需要的一个新的责任世纪。每一个美国人都要认清，我们对我们自己、我们的国家、世界都有义务。我们不是勉强的接受这些义务，而是欢欣的接纳。我们坚定的知道，没有什么比为艰难的任务全力付出更能满足我们的精神，更能定义我们的特质。这是公民权的代价和承诺。

这是我们自信的泉源。我们知道神召唤我们为了要塑造这个充满变动的未来。

这是我们的自由和信仰的意义，这说明了为什么不同种族和信仰的男女和幼童相聚在这个宏伟的广场上；这说明了为什么一个当他的父亲在不到60年前或许还不能在餐厅里接受服务的人，今天能够在你们面前，许下这个最神圣的誓言。

让我们以这样的态度纪念这一天：我们记得自己是谁，我们前进了多远。在美国诞生的年代，在最寒冷的月份，一小群爱国者在冰冻的河岸上，蜷缩在将熄的营火旁。那时，首都被遗弃了。敌人正在向前推进。白雪上沾染了鲜血。当时，我们革命的结果遭受最大的怀疑，但我们的建国之父命令要对人民宣读这些文字：

"让未来的世界知道，在寒冷的冬天，这个只有希望和美德能够生存的时候，受到一个共同危机挑战的城市和国家，曾经勇敢的面对他。"

美国。面对我们共同的危机，在这个艰苦的严冬，让我们记得这些永恒的字句。带着希望和美德，我们再次勇敢的面对冰冷的激流，承受未来可能降临的风暴。让我们的下一代传颂，当我们受到考验的时候，我们拒绝结束这场旅程。我们没有回头，也没有步履蹒跚。我们的眼光定在地平线上，神的恩典顾及我们，我们带着一份伟大的礼物，也就是自由，向前进，然后将这份礼物安全的交给未来的世世代代。谢谢大家!

第四篇：就职演讲

大家好，我是创业实践部干事梁思伟。首先，非常感谢大家对我的肯定、支持和信任，让我今天能够站在这里，更让我明天有更多的机会为团委、为更多同学做事。我对此感到很荣幸。同时，我知道，这也是一份更大的责任，作为团委的一份子，负责着一个部门的统筹事项，如何最大限度地发挥大家的积极性，创造性地做好每一份工作，这，任重而道远。

从上学期到现在，差不多一年多的时间，我们部门在师兄师姐等众位前辈的带领下，一起共事，一路走来。其中，也让受益匪浅。

首先，在工作上，我认识最深刻的是，做好一件事，分工、合作、协调、细节的重要性：

分工能把责任、任务明确到个人，提高工作效率；比如说，那一项工作是谁负责的，到时候有问题也有根有据。

合作能充分发挥多方面的积极性，充分利用资源；就是说办一个活动或者做一件什么事，不要说一个部门独自全部承担，可以几个部门，一个两个部门合作，比如说宣传工作由宣传部承担，具体到各个专业的详细工作可以由团支部承担之类的。

协调可以消除不必要的冲突，减少矛盾的产生；比如说部门内部，本来安排这几个人做这一事，那几个人做那一事，但是由于时间上有冲突，这样就需要互相协调，分析一下，看是否可以把两者的工作对调一下，或者把工作时间稍微变动一下。

细节可以见微显著，甚至牵一发而动全身，影响全局的成败。就拿我们部门上次那个活动来说，有很多的数据需要分析、处理、统计，如果有一小处失误，那将有可能影响到其他地方的数据统计，这样，对细节的要求就更高了。

第二，让我感受最深的是，组织能力和工作流程安排的合理性。组织能力起到统筹全局，指挥大局的领头羊作用。在一个活动中，如果你处于一个牵头的位置，那么，就要想着如何去组织，如何让每个人的积极性都表现出来。工作流程安排的合理，在于在工作的时候尽量做到 一切都按原计划进行 不至于一盘散沙 乱成一团。

第三，也是我比较自豪的一件事，就是一年以来，我认识了很多前辈及同事，其中发现他们身上有很多值得我学习的地方，他们的出人之处，包括众多方面的，都让我自愧不如，正所谓，取其之长补己之短，也让我深受教育；比方说，他们的基本礼貌礼仪、与人沟通、与人交流的方式，例如刻意去记住一些人比如校党委、团委书记，见到老师、师兄师姐主动打招呼等等之类的，也让我受益匪浅。

总的来说，加入团委，成为团委的一份子，是我不悔的选择。站在个人的角度，实在一点说，他给了我不断锻炼自我、提升自我、完善自我的机会。站在另一个角度说，它给了我更好地为广大同学服务的机会，同时也让我收获了珍贵的友谊。

最后，借此机会，感谢我们创业实践部的师兄师姐，尤其是部长，对我们10级干事的栽培和教育，以及在多方面对我们的帮助。

能够站在这里，并不是代表着我比其他同事更优秀，比起他们，我还有许多向他们学习的地方，还有很多需要他们帮助的地方。但是，既然团组织把这个责任交给我，我就有责任协调各位同事，在其他部门的协助下，团结一心，一路向前。即使可能遇到难以预料的困难，但是我也相信，迎难而上会让我们更上一层楼。

第五篇：就职演讲

各位老师、同学们大家好：

下面请允许我介绍一下我自己，我是来自08级电子与自动化系物流工程的魏蛟龙。很幸运有机会在团委宣传部这个温馨的大家庭中奉献耕耘，也更为荣幸老师和领导能够认可我一年来的成绩与能力，让我接任团委宣传部副部长这个光荣的职位以继续贯彻历任部长以人为本、以团为先的经营理念。在此我向全体团委成员保证：我会在在任期间，承担起本职责任，完成好本职义务，对集体负责。

春秋更迭，日月交替，转眼间一年的工作经历让我慢慢成长，各方面能力也有不同程度的提高，个人世界观也得到进一步的升华。此外，在工作的需要下我结实了许多我校各领域的优秀人才，使我更加拓宽视野，了解学习到更多我所未知的事物，不断完善自我。但对我来说更重要的，是我在工作中结实的朋友，他们让我明白在为理想奋斗的征途上我不是孤军奋战，我有与我并肩作战、相互扶持的战友，这是人生中最珍贵的给予，也是工作上最强劲的动力。

相对的，作为一名学生，应深知“学习”应该永远摆在第一位，所以为了工作学习两不误，我部向来是除非工作太急或太多干不完，一般工作所限定时间都很充裕，学习优先于工作，这样保证部员个个全面发展。本学期我部新近成员九名，考虑到团委宣传部在工作内容改制之后新成员均业务基础薄弱，我部举办了团委宣传部部门工作培训，效果良好。部员工作培养我部会将其放到长期贯彻的工作进程上。团委组织也在慢慢发展成长，我们的体制也越来越健全，因此宣传部也完善了规章制度与考核标准，做到与时俱进，向前发展。

本学期我们的任务很艰巨，《职业生涯规划大赛优秀选手资料汇编》、《2014暑期社会实践优秀学生表彰》、《2014~2014学年度奖学金表彰手册》都是我校指导学生思想，展示我校优秀学生风采的重要工作,也是我们本学期的工作重点，我们会以最饱满的热情与最认真的创作来为学校建设贡献出自己的一份力量。

四年对于一个人来说很短，因为时光匆匆转瞬即逝；四年的时间也很长，因为只要我们学会规划自己的未来长途。今天我站在这里，我可以自信的说一句，我相信我会过的很充实，因为团委为我提供了一个很好的操练场，充分锻炼了我多方面的能力，是金子总要发光，是千里马总会驰骋千里，感谢团委宣传部给了我成为金子，成为千里马的机会，感谢从入学到现在每一位指导过我的老师和同学，是你们给了我一片新天地，让我得以发挥自己所长。在这里我再次感谢母校、感谢曾经培育我的各位老师和帮助我的同学。

老成员隐退，新成员加入，又是一个新的学期，又是一段心的路程。对老伙伴的惜别我们用心诠释，但是我们并不是离别，我们依然在一起。我们大家不可能永远一起工作，但我们的友谊不会被岁月的长河湮没，我们会将之深藏进脑海，使之成为珍藏一生美好的回忆。我们的成绩对于不断发展前进的院团委来说也许只是历史长卷上的一笔勾勒，但是我相信我们留下的都是人生中最绚丽的色彩。
