Position Title: Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance (A/P)

Reporting to the Regional Manager Finance, (A/P) in the Service Center in BJS, the incumbent will be responsible for the accounting and financial services across North Asia offices, including Expense, payroll and payable ledger, inter-company transactions, reconciliations, monthly reporting.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the accounting payable and expense ledgers are adequately booked and controlled; Perform monthly closings and support Country Managers and Finance Manager in the closing, forecast and budget processes; Liaise with Business owners of the accounts, internal and external auditors in their visits and requests; Ensure suppliers and staff payments are performed; Monitor and perform collections processes to ensure both are executed and booked timely according to the corporate instructions; Prepare and review tax, financial and regulatory statements.Qualifications and Skills:
University degree, majored in accounting; At least 4-5 years of accounting experience and preferably another minimum 2-3 years working as auditor, both preferably in an international and English speaking environment; Good knowledge of accounting and legal reporting requirements; Highly motivated self-starter and team player, with good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Well-developed PC skills, SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint; Fluency in oral and written English & Mandarin, knowledge of other languages will be value added.2. Reporting to the Regional Head, Marketing & Commercial Services, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the RMACS business and sales in North Asia and making sure the business is delivered with high quality.
Responsibilities:
To assist the sales activities in coordination with the Regional Sales Managers, Regional Head of Marketing & Commercial Services in order to meet regional sales target; Build a strong relationship with the country managers in the territory covered, and exchange updates on a regular basis; Feedback ideas from the marketplace for new product development; Prospecting and penetrate new business through qualifying leads; Monitor market, customer profile(s), competition trends and report to the Sales Managers and Regional Head and/or for the target category; To assist to prepare the regional sales plan; Promote IATA products and services on exhibitions and trade shows and represent IATA at all times in a professional, dedicated, customer-focused way; Have a good basic knowledge of all products and services within the regional portfolio; Work together with global and regional product specialists, Marketing and Product management to fulfill the customer needs in the best possible way; Deliver all other set sales targets as assigned.Qualifications and Skills:

Position Title: Analyst, Remittance & Settlement

Reporting to the Manager, Remittance & Settlement, the incumbent will be responsible for all Remittance and Settlement activities relating to the assigned Billing and Settlement and Cargo Account Settlement Systems in China market. The incumbent will also coordinate with Operational Management, Customer Service, Agency Management, the Clearing Bank and other internal/external stakeholders to complete and improve Remittance and Settlement projects.
Responsibilities:
Handle all Remittance & Settlement activities of the assigned BSP/CASS operations at a zero tolerance level; Ensure that daily operations meet the requirements of the Standard Operating Procedures; Support local, regional or global projects as agreed with the role's supervisor; Prepare the Remittance and Settlement Calendar for each operation according to the public holidays; Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by the R&S manager.Qualifications and Skills:
University degree in finance, accounting or other related disciplines; Two years of working experience in finance, accounting and/or the airline/travel industry preferred; Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills and with a strong sense of responsibility; Team-work spirit and good communication skills; Excellent skill of Microsoft office, especially in the usage of Microsoft Excel; Fluency in oral and written English & Mandarin, knowledge of other languages will be value added.4. Position Title: Assistant Manager, Agency Risk Management

Reporting to the Manager, Agency Risk Management. The incumbent will be responsible for agency risk management operations and team management.
Responsibilities:
Support the Agency Risk Management processes for maintenance of accreditation for all programs including managing compliance with the annual financial assessment cycles and monitoring financial security levels and compliance; Support the regional management of external financial assessors processes including management and regional reporting of performance issues and ensuring the correct and timely implementation of changes to financial criteria; Support the review and development of local financial criteria; Supervise the regional Agency Risk Management team in relation to compliance and execution of all Agency Risk Management processes.Qualifications and Skills:
University Degree in a relevant discipline; Good grasp of accounting principles and financial analysis; Excellent organizational and customer services capabilities; Excellent IT skills including MS office; Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced and highly demanding environment while meeting tight deadline; Ability to set priorities, work efficiently with strong customer focus and initiatives; Fluency in oral and written English & Mandarin, knowledge of other languages will be value added.Application Procedure:
