As we know, sports and games get a lot of public attention both at home and abroad nowadays. With sports and games, we can become stronger and stronger, healthier and healthier, and no doubt, our life will be more colourful. Perhaps due to all these, sports and games are of great importance in school. We play bas-ketball, football, volleyball, table tennis, we enjoy roller-skating, swimming, rope skipping.

However, years ago, I didn't show much interest in sports, and you can imagine, I was not strong enough at that time. As a result, sometimes I fell ill and had to stay at home. It was really very bad for my health and study. Luckily for me, in my P. E. class, our teacher took us to go roller-skating one day. At first I was afraid when I watched my classmates doing it.
